Release date: November 8, 2019
Genres: gothic rock, noise rock, post-punk, shoegaze
Highlight: Lords of Tresserhorn
The album seems underrated. Yes, it is not as concept or experimental as Deathconsciousness. It is concise, and indeed I would prefer it to be an EP composed of the first four and the sixth track. These five songs are one of the finest examples of noisy post-punk. Unlike their previous albums that require a “mood match”, I have been and will likely be listening to Sea of Worry often and in various environments.
